How to make collar pips for a star
fleet uniform
What you will need:
-hot glue gun
& glue stick
-gold colored
blank metal earring posts
-pin backs
-black
acrylic paint or black sharpie (depending on how nice you want your pips to
look)
-pliers
-scissors strong enough to snip through metal.
